Who we are
New Windows Now (“we”, “us”) is a free matching service that connects UK homeowners with independent, vetted window and door installers. We do not carry out installations ourselves. We are the data controller for the details you submit through the quote form on this website.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your first name and last name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone number;
- Your postcode; and
- Whether you are a homeowner.
We also automatically collect marketing attribution data so we know which campaign brought you here. This includes the campaign source and medium, any UTM values in the link you followed, advertising click identifiers (for example a Google gclid or a Meta fbclid), the page you first landed on, your browser type (user agent) and your IP address.
How we use your information
We use your details to process your enquiry and put you in touch with a suitable installer. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to the request you made.
We will contact you by phone about the application you made — that is, to discuss the window quote you asked for and to arrange a free, no-obligation survey. Any call you receive from us or a matched installer is directly related to this enquiry.
Who we share it with
To fulfil your request, qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched installer who covers your area, so they can contact you about your quote and survey. We share only what the installer needs to help you. We do not sell your personal data. We may also use trusted service providers (for example hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets first-party cookies to remember marketing attribution. Full details, including names and expiry, are in our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised — unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
